Tracy & Scott’s quest to find the Philly area’s best Buffalo Wings

We only sample wings at places we can sit and eat at. You can’t give a fair review of wings that have been delivered, because by the time they get to you they may be cold and nasty. We write up our reviews based on the following criteria:

Authenticity We are into real Buffalo Wings based on the originals created at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo New York. That means no breading and real Buffalo Wing sauce with no extra fancy ingredients.

Wing size We look for wings that are not too scrawny, but also not a product of a freaky hormone-injected chicken.

Sauce It’s all about the sauce.

Accouterments Buffalo Wings should come with bleu cheese dressing and celery. We’ll note the quality of these add-ons.

Atmosphere The place doesn’t have to be Le Bec Fin, but it can’t be nasty or scary.
